C. Security Violations

Users may not:

Use AI for hacking or cyber-attacks – Prohibited activities include generating code for unauthorized system access, malware creation, or security breaches.
Circumvent platform security measures – Attempting to bypass restrictions, abuse free trials, or exploit software vulnerabilities.
Use bots or automation to manipulate the system – This includes generating spam, fake reviews, or bulk scraping of AI-generated content.

D. Excessive & Unauthorized Use of AI Resources

Users may not:

Overload system resources – Activities that cause excessive strain on AI servers may result in restricted access.
Misuse AI-generated content for profit without compliance – Reselling, redistributing, or repurposing AI-generated content for commercial gain must adhere to NickRichards.io licensing terms.

3. Content Ownership & Licensing

Users retain ownership of their AI-generated content but grant NickRichards.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the platform.
If users upload external content (such as logos, text, or media), they must have the right to use and distribute it.
NickRichards.io reserves the right to review, flag, or remove AI-generated content that violates this policy.

4. AI-Generated Legal & Financial Documents
